As part of a new WeChat campaign, luxury shoe brand Sergio Rossi is offering a footwear personalization service through a WeChat mini-program.
When it comes to creating their perfect shoe design, consumers are shown the many ways in which they can customize their creation by experimenting with different elements—including the shoe's material, color, heel size and more. Due to the nature of the WeChat mini-program, consumers are easily able to customize their desired design, place and order and pay for their creation as part of a seamless in-app shopping experience.
Through the program, customers are able to see a 360-degree digital preview of their design, as well as get real-time updates on how their customization choices contribute to the price of te luxury footwear piece.
