Angela's Lab Makes Concentrated, Eco-Friendly Product Formulas

Angela's Lab is a new venture from former medical student Angela Obric that's being introduced as the UK's first waterless beauty brand. The brand sets itself apart by making fresh, small-batch products that are highly concentrated and environmentally friendly. Water is usually listed as the first ingredient in just about any beauty product but Obric sees this as a "cheap base that doesn’t hydrate the skin." By removing water from its formulas entirely, Angela's Lab delivers solutions that are smaller and require less packaging.

The waterless beauty brand specializes in the creation of products like face oils, lip balms and body oils. Its simply named Body Butter, for example, is packed with nourishing ingredients like coconut oil, cocoa seed butter and Vitamin E.
