Wacko Maria is known for its original creation, use of high-quality materials, both of which are rooted in inspirations from film, music, and art. There are three colorways that are chosen, with inspiration from the 60s and 70s. The retro themes celebrate all the mediums of the music, as one of the founders, Atsuhiko Mori explains that "We create fashion designs that go well with groovy music, stunning art, or engaging movies. For us, music is essential to enjoying our daily lives."
