The Di Fara Vodka Sauce Pizza has made its debut from the NYC pizzeria as a product for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) market that's positioned as the first-ever vodka sauce frozen pizza. The product builds on the brand's legacy and is crafted with hand-selected San Marzano tomatoes, a proprietary cheese blend, freshly made dough and the in-house-made vodka sauce. The sauce boasts a creamy consistency with ample heat and flavor to give every bite of the pizza complexity and depth.
Co-Owner Margaret DeMarco commented on the Di Fara Vodka Sauce Pizza saying, "We’re always looking for ways to share a true slice of Brooklyn with more people—without compromising the quality we’re known for. This is the first time anyone’s put vodka sauce on a frozen pizza at this level. It’s a little rebellious, a little nostalgic, and 100% Di Fara.”
