Relaxing Private Jet Experiences

The VistaJet Sleep Program Supports Rest and Recovery in the Air

The VistaJet Sleep Program is a new global initiative from the private jet provider that has been developed in partnership with Peter Attia, M.D. to help travelers enjoy rest and recovery in the air.

The new program is designed to help a traveler's body adjust to the changes it will experience when traveling through different timezones. The program will thus see a variety of environmental factors optimized within the airplane cabin including temperature, lighting and nutrition, which are broken down into three stages: Pre-Sleep, During Sleep and Post-Sleep.

Attia commented on the VistaJet Sleep Program saying, 'Sleep is a critical component of health, performance, and longevity — yet it is often the first thing disrupted by travel. By shaping light, rest, and recovery in flight, the journey becomes restorative instead of disruptive.”
