Remember the cute little pop-up books you had as kid? Visionaire's new Limited edition “Surprise” puts a decidedly wicked spin on the genre.

The champagne company Krug has teamed with Visionaire, who is "the leader in multi format creative industries" to create a clever pop-up book for adults that brings creative photography to life. The 4,000 numbered issues feature 3-D works by luminaries like Mario Testino, Sophie Calle and Alasdair McLellan.

Implications - These books offer adults playful and entertaining ways through which they can revisit their childhood. Not all grown-ups have forgotten about their childhood and these pop-up books will allow adults to engage in a nostalgic and entertaining activity. I wonder how many businesses executives and lawyers would ditch an afternoon of work to play with these interactive reads!
