Fast-casual burger restaurant chain Smashburger newly launched its first Virtual Drive-Thru as an extension of the traditional drive-thru experience. The Virtual Drive-Thru is ready to be experienced at the newest corporate-owned restaurant in Houston, Texas, where customers can place an order (online or through the Smashburger app) and then proceed to the designated parking lane where their food will be delivered by a Smashburger team member.

The first Virtual Drive-Thru prototype was introduced in early 2022 and now, this newly announced location delivers a more convenient and accessible solution for customers. Smashburger's Virtual Drive-Thru makes the most of Curbit's streamlined digital ordering system, which provides exact wait times and start-to-finish order tracking for guests.
