With more adults skipping the bar in favor of staying in, Weber Ranch 1902 Vodka created a first-of-its-kind virtual bartender to help create great cocktails from the comfort of home. This AI-powered personalized mixologist named Tex is useful for advising how to make cocktails with Weber Ranch’s vodka, and Tex can even suggest a recipe with a snapshot of ingredients in the fridge or pantry.
"As we think about the future of Tex, and with the rise of agentic AI, we clearly see a not-so-distant world where he not only makes recipe recommendations, but actually orders the ingredients for delivery to a consumer’s home, or makes restaurant or bar reservations to enjoy a Weber Ranch cocktail," said co-owner, president and COO Lee Applbaum.
