'The Very Good Butchers' is the name of an all-new vegan butcher shop that's set to open soon in Victoria, British Columbia and hopefully follow the success of its first location with a second in Vancouver.
Some of the plant-based meat products that will be available through The Very Good Butchers includes Bamboo Wings, Beer Battered Eggplant & Chips, as well as the signature 'The New and Improved Very Good Burger.' Alongside alternatives to meat, sausages, roasts and pastrami, the vegan butcher shop will also sell salads, sandwiches and hot food.
