Nike's Dunk High Shoes Arrive in a Varsity Maize Colorway
This holiday season, Nike releases the Dunk High sneakers in a Varsity Maize colorway once again, which has been in speculation throughout the year. The images are officially unveiled this year, referencing the original model that was launched back in 1985 by the sportswear brand.
It was part of the 'Be True to Your School' pack decades ago, representing the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. The upper of the sneakers are made from a leather material in a black color and can be seen making up the collars, toe boxes, and the quarter panels. Black nylon materials are used to create the traditional tongue. Vibrant details are informed by stark yellow done in leather at the eyestay, mudguards, the Swoosh, collar flaps, and the heel.
