Digital bakery Sugar Lab announced a collection of Valentine's candies that use 3D printing to bring incredible shapes to life. The truffles, cupcake decor, cocktail garnishes and candies in the Valentine's Day Collection feature chocolate ganache created with Chef Melissa Walnock of the Culinary Institute of America.
Some of the standout pieces from the Valentine's collection are the Broken Heart Puzzle Chocolate Truffles, the Strawberry-Covered Chocolate Truffles with unique flavors like tamarind elderflower or the Teddy Bear Champagne Bitters. There are also watermelon-flavored and lime-flavored SMS Text Candy Hearts that are printed with updated messages like THIRST TRAP and DM ME.
During a time when ordinary holiday celebrations are being disrupted, people are finding themselves open to updating traditions and sharing new products.
