The Upton wall lights are a series of illuminators for the home created by Michael and Mariel Upton that will provide soft lighting that's charming yet approachable. The lights come in three styles to choose from including the HERU, CUNA and MARA, which are each oval-shaped and crafted with pieces of plywood upcycled from the skateboard industry as factory seconds. The lights thus maintain a seven-ply wooden construction that focuses the illumination onto the wall itself where it will reflect to provide a soft, warming glow that will elevate the ambient appearance of the space.
The Upton wall lights can be used with either a 20W LED bulb or a 60W incandescent bulb to accommodate desires to use the fixtures as passive lights or more targeted illuminators.
