UPSIDE Foods Unveiled Its Next Generation of Products

UPSIDE Foods newly introduced a range of consumer products made from real animal cells, spotlighting everything from chicken sandwiches and sausages to dumplings. UPSIDE's ground meat products are made with real animal cells, along with other additions like plant-based proteins, vegetables, herbs and spices.

In 2022, UPSIDE made history when it received approval from the FDA that deemed its cultivated chicken grown from animal cells safe to eat. UPSIDE Foods also announced the development of a breakthrough chicken cell line that eliminates the most expensive growth factor in its process. Ultimately, this has the potential to reduce the cost of production for making meat in a way that's both sustainable and humane.

UPSIDE is continuing to work with the FDA and the USDA to bring the next generation of its products to market.
