Dr. Romanelli & Modernica's Collab Uses Champion-Branded Clothing

These upcycled vintage chairs are design-minded, sustainability-focused and quite literally fashion-centric. Dr. Romanelli took the silhouette of Modernica's famous 'Side Shell' and launched a line with a flair for deconstruction. The creative "a number of vintage Champion sweatshirt" and used them to create a cover for the seating furniture.
The project sees an eclectic array of colors and combinations. From pink and red to orange and blue, there is definitely some kind of strong creative potency to the available tonal juxtaposition. Given the nature and the process of creation of the upcycled vintage chair covers, Dr. Romanelli is able to add a unique sensibility to the product -- no two Modernica chairs are alike.
There is a plan to roll out the collection and make it available to consumers. However, no information on that has been released quite yet.
