The UNO Collection uses mirrored parts to create modular furniture by shaping each piece from a single mold that produces two identical components. Designer Zhang Wenhan aligns the twin forms so they interlock into a stable stool, side table or compact bench. The mirrored geometry simplifies production, reduces tooling demands and keeps every unit consistent while allowing a variety of configurations. The form is defined by clean edges, flat planes and controlled curvature that maintain structural balance even when the modules are rotated or paired differently.
The system remains lightweight and easy to assemble because each component functions independently before joining into final shapes. Users can stack, flip or slide the pieces to fit changing interior needs without extra hardware. This approach turns a minimal toolset into a modular system that adapts to small apartments, studios or flexible workspaces with practical efficiency.
