Uwill is expanding unlimited student counseling through its partnership with the University of Michigan, giving students access to licensed mental health professionals without restrictions on session numbers. The expanded service accommodates different schedules and locations, allowing students to receive support through video, phone, chat, or messaging without requiring referrals.
Beginning in the 2026–27 academic year, the program covers more than 54,000 students, including those studying online or internationally. Same-day appointments are available during evenings, weekends, holidays, and academic breaks. Students can also select counselors based on language, background, and individual needs, creating a more personalized experience.
For Uwill, the expanded partnership strengthens its presence in university mental health services while demonstrating its ability to support large student populations. The University of Michigan also gains additional counseling capacity, complementing existing campus services and improving access for students.
