Inspired by a single shoelace, Kickstarters Cindy Glass and Dante Pauwels came up with the Unlace cable to solve their problems of perpetually tangled cords.

The reusable Unlace cords are made with silicone and have a silky matte finish that has the look and texture of an actual shoelace. Aside from everyday uses like tying up messy cords, these twist ties are also strong enough to prop up smartphones, fasten unruly hair, knot goldfish bags and serve as markers for wine glasses.

The cords are so versatile, there can never be too many of these in one's home. Available in 5 and 10 inches, as well as eight different colors, these malleable wrappers are a bright and fun way to solve those frustrating tangling problems.
