The Unifiller HIRO Robot Supports High-Volume Bakery Scenarios

The Unifiller HIRO Robot has been introduced by the brand as a solution for manufacturers and operators of high-volume production facilities to accelerate their output.

The robot is engineered to support writing in icing, drizzling and additional custom designs that can be programmed in for automated fulfillment. The unit maintains an IP67 design to support being fully cleaned between uses, while the user interface accommodates cake design profiles to be stored and easily recalled. The NSF and EHEDG-compliant robot is suitable for use in hygienic, humid and cold environments.

R&D Manager Derek Lanoville spoke on the Unifiller HIRO Robot saying, "Cake manufacturers can easily integrate the HIRO Robot into their existing or new decorating systems. It transforms bakery operations by reducing the strain, injuries, and burnout associated with repetitive decorating tasks while minimizing human error and contamination.”
