The Shanghai Expo displayed the 'UBPA B3-2 Pavilion' by Studio Archea this year. I say this design is pure genius and my inner nerd says it looks like giant checker board. Although I am not a big chess fan, I am however, a big fan of this building.
The outside wall of the UBPA B3-2 Pavilion by Studio Archea is made out of metal and the textile is made out of silicon. Above are the pictures of this building and the floor plan of it. I say this is one good-looking building.
