LG Uplus -- a 5G service provider in South Korea -- teamed up with wth startup eyecandylab to take shopping to a more immersive level with the launch of the U+ AR Shopping app. This cutting-edge new platform allows consumers to view products through Augmented Reality on their home shopping channels, specifically GS Shopping and Home&Shopping.

The U+ AR Shopping app will automatically recognize any television or video screen and allow users to view items in their homes in 3D while the show is playing.
