This Year's Twitter Event Features an Interactive 'Twitterverse' Visual

This year's #TwitterLive Twitter event is bigger and better than ever, especially as it's part of the brand's 10th birthday celebrations. Guests are able to mingle with robots that dispense beer, play on Periscope-connected swings and see their tweets make a mark in the real world thanks to a robotic woodpecker bird.

One of the most standout displays at #TwitterLive is a visualization of the Twitterverse, which is mapped out across an 11-meter curved screen. In order to interact with the display, guests can pick up an iPad to zoom into individual topics and tweets. Each color-coded area of the globe was selected to represent a specific topic, such as sports, TV, music or food.

The visualization by Engage Works puts a wealth of information at the fingertips of users.
