The Washington Post has created a TV news app that allows users to read news articles on their TV. The Washington Post's TV news app is currently live for both Apple TV and Fire TV devices. The app is intended to provide a "highly-visual" way for users to get up to date on current events.
Within the app, users will be able to choose stories from a rotating carousel. Additionally, articles are presented in a way that makes it easy for users to read on a TV. The app also has video and other multimedia capabilities that users can interact with.
The new TV news app will provide users an easy way to catch up on world events in a way that is more similar to how people normally consume media.
