Amazon Brings Luna Cloud Gaming Inside Prime Video on Fire TV

Amazon is expanding 'Luna' on Fire TV by placing the cloud gaming service inside Prime Video for Prime members in 12 more countries. Starting now, Fire TV users with Prime in Canada, France, Italy, and Spain can play through the app without a separate download or purchase. November adds eight more European markets, bringing the setup to all 14 Luna markets.

On Fire TV, access sits in the Prime Video Games tab, so streaming and game discovery happen in one place. 'GameNight' also supports phone controllers through a QR code, which makes multiplayer sessions easier to start without extra hardware.

Placing Prime Video on Fire TV turns cloud gaming into a built-in Prime benefit rather than a separate destination. It widens Amazon's hold on living-room screen time and folds lightweight play into existing video streaming habits.
