Focusing on the effects a good cup of tea has to refresh the body, mind and spirit, Tetley Tea kicked off the 'Turn Over a New Leaf' campaign around the time of the New Year, which had life coach and author Gabrielle Bernstein host chats and life coaching videos to inspire change.
Bernstein herself made a commitment to cut out coffee from her diet, so it makes perfect sense that she'd make the switch to tea, and hopefully inspire a few others to make some healthy lifestyle changes too. In a video that's almost an hour long, Bernstein talks about a ton of little things that you can do.
In addition to sessions where people could ask questions to life coaches like Bernstein on Facebook, Tetley also instituted a daily 'Tetley Time,' which included inspiring posts on wellness and Amazon gift card giveaways.
