Wearable-Linked Longevity Suites

Tulah Clinical Wellness Introduces the Tulah Life Index Program

Tulah Clinical Wellness launched a high-cost longevity retreat in Kerala, India featuring on-site medical infrastructure and a proprietary Life Index, designed to sync with wearables like Oura Ring and Apple Watch.

The retreat combined Western diagnostics with Ayurvedic practices, featuring ICU-capable facilities, imaging like MRI and CT, and clinical suites across a 30-acre campus. The Life Index converted multiple health metrics into a single score that could feed back to guests’ devices, enabling individualized regimen adjustments. Design and amenities included 65 suites, architecture inspired by flowing forms with no sharp corners, and what Tulah described as the world’s largest sound-healing dome.

Tulah said the program will connect to a planned network of 40 Urban Tulah centers worldwide, turning retreat findings into daily habit prescriptions via wearable integration. This mattered because it translated clinical longevity data into actionable consumer routines, bridging medical testing and everyday wearable coaching for long-term health optimization.
