Tristan Perich's new album is titled 'Noise Patterns' and is featured on a unique device.
While most music has moved to iTunes, YouTube, streaming sites and smartphones, Tristan Perich has managed to reimagine the CD -- a medium that not many people use these days. Rather than being placed on the standard circular CD, Tristan Perich's new album comes in the form of a circuit board. The circuit board sits on a square base and has no artistic accents, with the exception of the artist's name and the title of the album. Users can listen to the music on the circuit board by simply plugging into the headphone jack and turning the on switch.
This album concept "reimagines the concept of digital music" and incorporates that into an unusual tangible product.
