Self-Service Scanning Kiosks

Pegasus TransTech Introduced the Transflo Express Kiosks

Pegasus TransTech launched Transflo Express self-service scan station kiosks at select Pilot Travel Center locations, featuring 24/7 document scanning that lets truck drivers scan and transmit delivery paperwork without staff help. The kiosks join Pegasus TransTech’s existing cashier-assisted scanning service that has operated at Pilot sites since 2002, and the company said Pilot extended its scanning agreement with Pegasus for another 10 years.

Units transmit scanned delivery documents electronically to carriers, enabling faster access for billing and payroll processing and reducing manual handling. For drivers, the kiosks offer more control and quicker turnaround when completing paperwork on the road; for fleets, Pegasus says the setup can lower operating costs, speed cash flow and support growth without adding staff, aligning with trends toward automation and mobile-first logistics tools.
