Traffle is an app for adventure-seekers that don't care too much for planning. With a quick shake the app will give you a potential itinerary for your country of choice.
The app doesn't just give you an outline of places to go, but also details how to get there, and people to meet too. Presumably the app has some sort of connection with sites like Couchsurfing where people have online profiles that detail whether or not they are available to meet travellers and show them a bit of the local culture.
Traffle is certainly not for those who like to plan every detail of their trip. However, if you're someone whose up for an adventure, this app could be a good place to start.
