Openworked Calendar Watches

The Iconic Traditionnelle Twin Beat Perpetual Calendar Makes a Return

The Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Twin Beat Perpetual Calendar returns with an openworked dial and an updated version of its patented calibre 3610 QP. The manual-winding movement allows the wearer to switch between two operating modes.

Active mode runs at 5 Hz and provides a four-day power reserve for daily wear, while Standby mode reduces the frequency to 1.2 Hz and extends autonomy to 70 days. Improvements to the movement’s differentials and winding system increase standby duration by five days compared to the original 2019 release. The perpetual calendar is programmed to track the Gregorian calendar through 2100.

The watch is housed in a 42mm platinum case measuring 12.3mm thick. Its dial combines a slate-grey guilloché 18k gold upper section with a sapphire lower portion that reveals the dark NAC-finished movement beneath. The calibre contains 480 components and 64 jewels and is certified by the Geneva Seal. A black calfskin strap with red stitching completes the design.
