C60 Pool Diver is the fourth collaboration between Christopher Ward and designer Romaric André of seconde/seconde/. Based on the C60 Trident Reef platform, the watch reinterprets traditional dive-watch functions through a vacation-themed design. Its 41mm stainless steel case houses a matte white sandblasted dial divided into five color-coded sections representing reading, sunbathing, relaxing, taking selfies and contemplating life choices. A ceramic bezel surrounds the display, while a martini-glass graphic replaces the conventional date-window indicator.
The watch retains the technical specifications of a mechanical dive watch despite its playful presentation. Inside is a Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve, paired with 200 metres of water resistance. Additional details include a tropical island engraving on the helium escape valve and a caseback illustration depicting a diver equipped with flip-flops, sunscreen and a mocktail. Christopher Ward offers the model on blue, white or orange Aquaflex rubber straps.
