The amount of usable floor space in a home has become more coveted than ever, which is increasing the demand for products like the 'TOUPY' shelving collection. Created by designer Joan Bebronne of Mademoiselle Jo, the shelving is inspired by a spinning top and is intended to be mounted from the ceiling almost like a chandelier. This helps to save precious floor space, while also positioning items at the exact height level required for accessing them.
The 'TOUPY' shelving collection is crafted from wood that has been finished by a master craftsmen, and comes in several finish options including natural, bleached and stained. The shelves are suspended using a solid matte black metal bar, while a small lip around the circumference of the edge of the shelf surface prevents items from rolling off.
