Toilet brushes are the most disgusting item in any home. Once you use one to clean out your toilet, you simply flush some water over it before sticking it back in its container, where it drips disgusting dirty toilet water.

Inventor Garry Stewart thinks it's time for a toilet-cleaning revolution in the form of the LooBlae. This toilet brush eschews the nasty dripping plastic bristles in favor of a smooth silicone head. This head is fitted with eight blades that swirl around your toilet bowl, cleaning it faster without causing nasty spraying and spillage. The blades are designed to encourage air flow through the brush, minimizing the amount of dirty water that is retained.

When you think about it, it's pretty crazy that toilet brushes have barely evolved at all and that we continue to use unhygienic bristle brushes. But thanks to the LooBlade, we can all look forward to cleaner toilets and more hygienic bathrooms.
