In our health obsessed society, designing particular pieces of furniture has a new focus -- take the Tip Ton Chair, for example. This work seat may look deceivingly simple and rather traditional, but it boasts an interesting tweak that can potentially improve a person's circulation while sitting down long periods at a time.

Designed by Barber Osgerby, the Tip Ton Chair has a 'tip toe' feature that allows a rocking motion to happen when the user is seated upon it. This rocking movement, as the designer sees it, may have some health benefits since it should increase the flow of oxygen and blood around the body.

Aside from that, the Tip Ton Chair's minimalist aesthetic allows it to fit into virtually any living space.
