White Castle launched Season 3 of Craver Nation Rewards, adding new quests and reward paths across its Adventurer, Champion and Legend tiers. During Season 2, members collectively saved $5.1 million, earned 32 million points and redeemed more than 1.2 million offers. Chicago had the largest member base, while 2 a.m. on Friday was the peak ordering time.
From Sept. 15-30, members can receive 25% off one mobile order and earn double points on their first purchase. The program also offers 10% off merchandise through Sept. 30. New members receive $5 off their first mobile order of $8 or more.
Fall promotions include two Crispy Chicken Sliders for $4 and five Original Sliders for $3. The layered offers reflect restaurants adding gamified quests and tiers to traditional loyalty programs. For White Castle, the structure can encourage repeat visits and mobile ordering while using targeted promotions to support food and merchandise sales.
