Tianjin Eye to be in Middle of Bridge

Tianjin Eye is the name of the oversize carnival ride nearing completion in Tianjin, North China. The wheel, with a jaw dropping diameter of over 100 yards, will hold 380 visitors at one time. It's built in the middle of the Chihai bridge and cars drive by on either side.
