PUMA's Thunder Spectra Shoes are Fashion Forward and Vintage-Inspired

Sportswear label PUMA unveils its Thunder Spectra sneakers, taking on the chunky sneaker shape with a 90s-inspired coloration. The shoes first made a public appearance online in February earlier this year, and anticipation for its release has been conjuring up since. The new Thunder Spectra shoes boast a juxtaposing concept, as it draws influence from the 90s era by infusing sporty components and color pops, but manages to still be fashion forward.

The sneaker boasts a heavy chunky set silhouette, with its uppers constructed from premium mesh and nubuck, and it all rests on top of a molded TPU midsole. The signature PUMA formstrip runs along the side to give off some branding details over the colorful blue, yellow, red, and grey paneling details. The Thunder Spectras are set to drop on April 28 online at PUMA and at select retailers for the price of $120 USD.
