Laceless Sock-Like Sneakers

Nike's Rise React Flyknit Sneakers Receive a Thunder Grey Iteration

Sportswear label Nike introduced the Rise React Flyknit sneakers earlier this year in a bold yellow hue -- now it drops a Thunder Grey iteration for those who prefer a much more muted option. The silhouette boasts a sock-like structure as it has no lacing system and is constructed from the brand's signature Flyknit material. The entire upper is finished in the Thunder Grey hue -- this includes the TPU heel panel as well.

Some branding details are seen in the form of an embroidered Swoosh across the lateral side of the sneaker, it is also done in the same grey hue to add to its muted factor. However, the React form sole unit is a full-length size and it contrasts against the grey with its clean white hue. The sneakers are set to drop online and at select stocklists beginning October 4.
