Teremana Tequila brought together a large crowd at the Brooklyn Navy Yard for The World Table, an immersive human foosball experience that successfully broke the Guinness World Record for the longest foosball table ever constructed.
The World Table measured an impressive 525 feet in length. Hundreds of participants gathered on July 11 to engage in the oversized game, while also enjoying signature Teremana cocktails and popsicles. Guests also had the opportunity to customize jerseys with patches representing the 48 nations competing in the ongoing global soccer tournament, and celebrate the unifying power of sport across diverse backgrounds.
Overall, the activation was designed to emphasize that connection outweighs competition, creating a shared, interactive moment where people from all walks of life could come together around the table and participate in a collective celebration of the global game. Comedian and actor Jay Pharoah, along with sports journalist Laura Rutledge, contributed to the energetic atmosphere by interviewing attendees, offering live commentary, dancing to Latin music, and joining the crowd in celebration as Teremana officially received the Guinness World Record title.
