The Water Tank Project Hopes to Make People More Responsible About H2O

The Water Tank Project is an awareness campaign that hopes to make people more conscious about the amount of water they use in their daily lives and the importance of having clean drinking water.

Starting in the spring of 2013, water towers all across New York City will be decked out in artwork that all relates to the theme of water. The artwork will be created by established artists, street artists and even New York City art students.

So if you happen to be walking through New York City somewhere down the road, you might just look up to see some installments of the The Water Tank Project. Hopefully, the beautiful creations will inspire you to turn off that drizzling sink and not waste water.
