The VISDUM by designer Kyeongsu Kim is an ergonomic solution to the modern washing machine. While front-loading washing machines are often touted as the better models, Kyeongsu takes this front-load washer to futuristic and ergonomic heights.
With VISDUM, users can avoid the sometimes strenuous 30-degree bend into the machine to access and remove clothes. It provides the effectiveness of front-load washing machines with the easy access that comes from the top opening. VISDUM uses a sliding drum that comes forward with the pull of a handle. The Drum is equipped with an opening top lid that easily seals shut to avoid spillage.
This ergonomic design uses minimal icons to provide a simple and improved control board for the user.
