The Heart Cut #12 Nc’nean Distillery is Limited to 391 Bottles

The Heart Cut #12 Nc’nean Distillery single malt Scotch Whiskey has been announced from the independent bottler in partnership with the distillery as a premium spirit that puts a series of fruit flavors in the spotlight.

The spirit was distilled in May 2020 and bottled in October 2024 at a 54% ABV, and matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in Madeira casks. The spirit is reported to have flavors of rum and raisin ice cream, peach yogurt, dried raspberries, walnuts and lemon balm, which will make it a treat for discerning spirit enthusiasts to try out. Limited to 391 bottles, the spirit will be available from The Heart Cut website and select retailers starting February 11, 2025.

Co-Founder of The Heart Cut Georgie Bell spoke on The Heart Cut #12 Nc’nean Distillery single malt Scotch Whiskey saying, "As an independent bottler, we always want to make sure we are bottling something we are excited about. With each of our bottles, we want to show people a different side to the distilleries we partner with, while also making sure we keep some of that distillery character that runs through their own whiskies."
