Japan-Inspired Leather Sneakers

BILLY's Joins adidas Originals to Rework the Gazelle Sneaker

adidas Originals works in collaboration with Japanese retail brand BILLY's on a new iteration of the Gazelle sneaker model this season. The iconic silhouette was originally launched back in the mid 60s and has been through many iterations and inspirations.

During the 80s, it became a prominent silhouette across Europe due to its versatile design. This time around, BILLY's reconstructs the sneaker to join its Fall/Winter 2020 roster in two colorway options. It arrives in either a darker 'Forest' green color or a more minimal white iteration for a muted look. The upper is constructed from premium leather materials throughout, which is similar to the 60s launch in Japan. It is rounded out with textured tape detailing and a clear outsole.
