Penny-Farthing-Inspired Scooters

The Tharula Electric Scooter is Perfect for Eco Hipsters

The Tharula Electric Scooter has to be the most offbeat electric scooter I have ever come across. This Penny-farthing-inspired concept was designed by Diana Lumbasyo for use in the year 2025.

The Tharula Electric Scooter looks like it is designed more for show than for practical purposes. The almost nonexistent seat and minuscule back wheel make me think that the Tharula wouldn't be very good for trips around the city or even around the corner and that is why I love it! The Tharula Electric Scooter reminds me of the Segway -- another electric vehicle that had people scratching their heads when it first debuted. The Segway turned out fine and I think the Tharula could too. Retro is all the rage nowadays, and what could be better than an eco-friendly Penny-farthing-inspired scooter? Hipsters, start saving now.
