Tribute Basketball Star Apparel

Aimé Leon Dore's 'Thank You Mike' Collection Honors Michael Jordan

In tribute of the basketball star's ever-lasting legacy, Aimé Leon Dore designed a selection of apparel that it dubbed 'Thank You Mike.' In order to promote the series, as well as to remember Michael Jordan's days on the court, Aimé Leon Dore hosted a "three-on-three basketball tournament in Harlem."

This event led to a supremely candid editorial as well, which shows athletes in action while wearing the designs. The majority of the images are purely black and white, however a selection contrast these in color -- with bright hues of red standing out the most. The Thank You Mike apparel consists of jersey-style tanks, tees, hoodies and a windbreaker -- each marked with minimalist graphics.
