Bursting with Thai flavors, Pei Wei's new Thai Coconut Curry Chicken is the perfect dish for cooler weather. The new curry was created exclusively for the brand by celebrity chef Jet Tila. To create the dish, Tila combined pieces of streamed chicken marinated with garlic and salt, with a veggie-rich blend of broccoli, onions, and bell peppers. All the ingredients are then tossed in a creamy Thai curry sauce, and served over a bed of steaming hot rice. The result is a combination of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that capture “every delicious element of Thai cooking.”
The new Thai Coconut Curry Chicken can be found at participating Pei Wei locations for a limited time.
