TED Shorts are a new offering from TED Talks arriving within its app to provide users with access to insightful snippets from longer presentations that can be enjoyed at anytime. The new app feature responds to the popularity of short-form video content from platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and can be located in the middle of the navigation bar. Users can enjoy a wide range of content to peruse with the ability to like videos, share them with friends and leave comments, if desired.
TED Shorts was created through a partnership with no-code platform Genuin to deliver generative video experiences and will be powered by artificial intelligence (AI) suggestions based on personal interests, trending topics and more.
