Viennese architects Coop Himmelb(l)au have listed their first home for sale in the United States called the ‘Tectonic House.’ The house, which is located conveniently close to Abbott Kinney and Venice Beach, offers three levels, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and is measured at 2,522 sqft. The ‘Tectonic House’ utilizes two steel-framed towers in its construction, while the house itself is composed of cement, corrugated steel, and glass panels.
The house also boasts a plywood art installation that extends from the floors and weaves up and into the walls of the home. The installation was affectionately referred to as Parasite by its current owners, referencing the luxe and elegant home the characters of the successful movie resided in.
