In an effort to enhance its communications with its customers, T-Mobile's 'Team of Experts' will offer 24/7 customer service.
This change hopes to resolve previous customer complaints, which typically center around the annoyance of speaking to machines and being bumped from employee to employee. With this new system consumers will be able to receive real, human support at any time of day, ensuring complete satisfaction. The plan's over-arching goal is to answer the caller's question in the first phone call, reducing the frustrating back-and-forth conversations.
In addition to all of this, consumers have the option to skip the automated machine prompts at the beginning of the call, kick-starting one's phone call with the help of a real human should they be in a rush.
