Camellia Sinensis, a Montreal-based tearoom and global benchmark for CS-certified tea selection, has introduced a new summer offering in the form of tea-infused popsicles. With this launch, the brand seeks to deliver a refined and refreshing alternative to commercial frozen desserts that are often high in sugar and artificial ingredients.

Camellia Sinensis' team of tea experts developed an exclusive recipe for the tea-infused popsicles, featuring the brand's Soleil de Lisbonne iced tea — a bright blend with fruity notes. The tea is combined with peach-apple juice and fresh ginger to create a frozen treat that balances tea flavor with complementary fruity and spicy accents. The recipe directs consumers to steep the tea and ginger in hot water, strain, add the juice, and optional sugar. The concoction can be frozen in moulds for eight to 12 hours.
