Alice in Wonderland Stools

— July 18, 2008 — Art & Design
With all the graduate shows on at the moment in the UK, there is an abundance of great designs by budding artists, and Holly Palmer is a case in point.

I love the fun in her 'tea party' stools which were influenced by Alice in Wonderland. Whilst translating the idea of a cup into furniture is not a new idea, I love the way Holly made her 'tea cups' vacuum formed from plastic, and in a quirky twist they can be stored either on a mug tree or wall mounted panel.
